During her 30 years of working in the banking sector Mrs. Berna Işıktaş has accumulated a vast range of experience. She held various positions at Is Bankasi within their Commercial, Mixed and Individual Branches before retiring from their Sisli District Office.

She has been a part of the team at FU since February 2012, working as the Chief of Operations and Project Management.

Ms. Göyer Eraslan graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Osmangazi University.

She began her career by working as the Insurance Consultant at AGF Garanti Sigorta A.S. in 1997. She also worked as the Sales Coordination Manager and Director at Garanti Insurance A.S. and TEB Insurance A.S. Ms. Eraslan has also held the position of Regional Director at Zurich Insurance A.S.

Ms. Göyer Eraslan has worked as the Coordination Manager between 2014 and 2018, and continues her work as the Chief of Business Development and Marketing at FU.

Mrs. Demet Tansuğ Akkuzu graduated from the Sociology Departments of Istanbul University and Sakarya University.

She has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2003 in various positions at the Human Resources Departments of Garanti Bank and Garanti Emeklilik. She also worked for seven years in the Human Resources Department at Zurich Insurance, where she was the Director of Recruitment, Training and Career Development.

Mrs. Demet Tansuğ Akkuzu has been working as the Human Resources Manager at FU since February 2014.

Ms. Funda Algın is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law.

Ms. Algın began her career as an attorney in a law office and followed as the Legal Counsel of TGD Real Estate Appraisal and Turyap Title Deed Services. 

She has been transferred to FU as the Coordination Counsel since 2014 and has been the Sales, Coordination and Marketing Counsel of FU since 2018.

Ms. Gülçin Başkent studied in Bilgi university Faculty of Law and graduated in 2008. 

Ms. Başkent started working for FU in 2010 as a Director of First Approval and continued her work as a Team Leader. She has been working as the Legal and Operations Counsel since 2018.

She also continue her studies in Mimar Sinan University in Art History Department as her Second University.

Mr. Hayrullah Doğruer is a graduate of Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Izmir Dokuz Eylul University.

Since 1990 he has gained valuable experience in the department of Financial Affairs, in the following companies; Hür Insurance, Rumeli Insurance, Garanti Insurance(Eureko Insurance). Before joining FU he was the Financial Affairs Director at Zurich Insurance.

He began working with us in 2018 as the Financial Administrative and Reporting Executive.

Mrs. Songül Destegül graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

Mrs. Destegül founded FU as a Managing Partner and worked as the Legal Counsel for 6 years. She continued working as a contracted attorney for 7 years in Bodrum / Muğla region. 

She currently serves as the Legal Counsel of FU since August 1018.

Mrs. Şöhret Sahin is a graduate of the Political Science Faculty at Istanbul University and she also holds an MBA degree from the Management and Organization Department of Marmara University.

She previously worked in the Organization, Process Management, and Quality departments at Turk Telekom, Tekstilbank and Bank Asya respectively. She gained a wide range of experience in these areas and was promoted to managerial positions. Ms. Sahin also provided consultancy services as the Senior Consultant for many companies within the fields of banking and insurance, such as Mind Yonetim and Gelisim Danismanlik A.S.

She has been working as the Process Manager at FU since February 2014.
