Our call centre at FU provides efficient and comprehensive solutions to our commercial and individual customers. Our operators are prepared for every type of enquiry and they are available every day between the hours 08.30 and 19.30. Throughout all land registry operations, our customers receive professional support from our dedicated call centre team in the fastest and most accurate way possible.

The property owner or his / her representative first completes the documents necessary for the land registry operations before visiting the relevant Land Registry office to deliver the documents and to make an application. The Land Registry will make the necessary preparations for the transaction and will send an SMS to the applicant’s phone number, stating the amount of charges and the appointment date. This SMS also will show the charge receipt number and the land registry appointment time. The charges can be paid at either the branches or ATMs of Ziraat Bank or Halkbank. After the necessary charges have been paid, our Istanbul customers will call the FU Call Centre on 0850 277 23 00 to ask that a lawyer be assigned. As for the other provinces, they will contact our lawyers by using contact details disclosed by the bank branch so as to inform them about the appointment time to meet at the land registry.
